The villa has its own private access to the beach, which is approximately 50 meters away, and a beach house located directly on the sand.

The 11x5-meter swimming pool, complemented by a sunbathing area with lounge chairs, a barbecue, and a lounge area, is perfect for outdoor relaxation. The outdoor dining area and spacious terrace provide an ideal setting for enjoying summer evenings under the stars.
Inside, the main house is equipped with every comfort, including Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms. The spacious living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen, along with the laundry room and service room with a bathroom for live-in kitchen staff, make the villa a perfect place to host guests in total comfort.
The sleeping area includes two master bedrooms with private bathrooms and three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. One of the double bedrooms can easily be converted into a master bedroom, according to the guests' needs.
Please note that the beach house, located on the beach, does not have air conditioning and is primarily used as a changing room.
